THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE FROM A POSITIVE POINT OF VIEW:

Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.(Isaiah 43:18,19).

Seriously speaking, our attitude to every moment of our lives is critical to what we, eventually, achieve and accomplish in this life. Have you heard the saying that our attitude determine our altitude. Actually, that is referring, essentially, to our attitude to what happens to us in every moments of our lives. Meanwhile, we have three key dimensional moments that make up our lives.They are the present, the past and the future. And, our attitude to them determines what, we, eventually, become. Now, let's look at what a Spirit-inspired attitude to these moments should be.They are:

1.FORGETING OUR PAST PERENNIAL PROBLEMS AND FAILURES:
Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.(Isa. 43:18a).

Nothing inhibits success like past failures.A man or woman that lives in the past will never make progress in life.As a matter of fact, past failures,mistakes,disappointments, and underachievements, if allowed, have a way of dissipating spiritual strength, sapping our mental energy and trammelling our creative abilities.That is why, as we face the present and step into the future, we need to make up our mind to shut ourselves from the past in order to face the present and focus on the future, squarely.

2.FACING OUR PRESENT PRIVILEGED PROMISES FROM THE FATHER:
Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; (Isa.43:19a).

Did you know, friend, that right there where you are, are abundance of opportunities to make a success of you life.The age in which we live, researchers have posited, are rife with opportunities for greatness . However, the major challenge that majority of us have is that of being, inextricably, tied to the past perennial problems to the extent that we are blinded to the present promses of God and privileges for the godly.If you are a godly child of God, I want to inform you that God has destine you for greatness . Only forget the past and go out and face the present with vigour and vim and you will be amazed how much you will accomplish.

3.FOCUSING ON OUR FUTURE PROMISING PROSPECTS BY FAITH:
I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. (Isa.43:19b).

The future is where the success we need lies. it is not in the past.So, it will be a fruitful effort to invest all our energies in the opportunities and open doors in the present and the future. Good enough,the Lord has attached His supernatural power to it.He said,I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. (Isa.43:19b). That promise is, exclusively, for you friend, if you are a child of God.If not, you can become one today and lay genuine claim to it this day.
Meanwhile, based on that promising prospect for the future, I want to counsel you, folk, to muster all your strengths (mental, spiritual and physical), and channel them towards the present and the future in order to win the day . Never live in the past. Only learn from it and leave it where it belongs.

Now, as I conclude, I would want to point out that it was the Lord that gave this counsel we are analyzing. It, then, follows that, if we are going to see that work for us, we must make peace with Him through sincere repentance and sustainable righteousness. God bless your days and weeks ahead as you do that in Jesus name.
